Kiskorú dán turistalányt erőszakoltak meg zsidók - Izraelben hír, Judapesten nem

A Holt tenger mellett létesített Ein Gedi nevű zsidó termelőszövetkezet (kibuc) három dolgozója megerőszakolt két fiatal dán leányt. Az egyik még csak 17 éves, tehát fiatalkorúnak számít, a másik 19 éves. Az esetről az izraeli zsidó média, így pl. a Haarec napilap angol nyelvű online kiadása, valamint a csak angol nyelvű izraeli Jerusalem Post beszámolt. Mi több, a héber erőszakolók nevét is leírta, míg a budapesti zsidó média a hírt egyszerűen elhallgatta. Nyilván nem fér bele az általuk sugárzott hamis képbe, hogy az "örök áldozat" zsidók ilyet tegyenek. Pedig tesznek és egy, a judapesti média által elhallgatott izraeli felmérés szerint az "üldözött" zsidók nagy többsége keményvonalas fajgyűlölő.

Vasárnap éjjel az egyik lány maga vette fel a telefonjával a történteket, mert miután komolyra fordult a helyzet, tudta, hogy a zsidók mindent le fognak tagadni, ezért bizonyítékra volt szüksége - szóltak az első értesülések.

Más forrás, így az izraeli média, rendőrség és ügyészség szerint maguk a zsidók filmezték le aljas tettüket, és ez jutott a hatóság kezére, miután azok annyira ostobák voltak, hogy mobilos képeket mutogattak nemlétező ártatlanságuk bizonyítására, miközben a leleplező videót elfelejtették letörölni. Az egyik gazember - akit a másik dán lány megerőszakolásával vádolnak, ők az autós jelenttől odébb egy házban voltak - anyja jellemző módon, közel szó szerint így védekezett: "a lány beleegyezett a szexbe, a fiam különben is a föld sója, elit egységben szolgált, úriember, egy légynek sem ártana, a lány testén nincsenek horzsolások stb." (mintha az izraeli "elit" egységek nem kegyetlenkednének Palesztinában vagy Libanonban, s mintha a horzsolások állítólagos hiánya egyet jelentene az erőszak hiányával. Elvégre súlyos fenyegetéssel, fegyverrel stb is lehet erőszakolni - a szerk.)

A felvételen látható, hallható, hogy a három zsidó (Ron Roditi vagy Rodeti, Ben Ever and Dan Lahav) vihorászva arra kérik az egyik lányt, hogy csókolja meg őket, majd az elutasító válaszra az volt a felelet, hogy akkor szeretkezzünk. Mikor a lány ezt is határozottan visszautasította, akkor a "toleranciájukról híres" izraeliták kiráncigálták a kocsiból és a földön megerőszakolták.

A videofelvétel nyomán az izraeli rendőrség végül is megindította a nyomozást. Az áldozatok vallomása szerint a másik lányt a zsidók egy szórakozóhelyről csalták el egy lakásba, ahol őt is megerőszakolta egyikük.

Jael Raz Levi, az ügyben eljáró Beer Sheva körzeti bíróság bírója nyilatkozási tilalmat rendelt az érintettek számára, így a lányok neve még nem került nyilvánosságra. A zsidóké azután mégis A dán turistacsoport tagjai másnap elhagyták Izraelt, a bűncselekmény áldozatává vált dán lányok az eljárás végéig a dán nagykövetség felügyelete alatt Izraelben maradtak, más forrás szerint ők is hazautaztak.

Meirav Eilon, a zsidó termelőszövetkezet szóvivőnője nem volt hajlandó nyilatkozni a szerinte elfogult dán és európai sajtónak, elsőre csak annyit árult el a három kibucnyik vádlottról, hogy az izraeli hadseregtől három héttel ezelőtt szereltek le.

A három erőszakoskodót őrizetbe vették és már vádat is emeltek ellenünk a beer shevai bíróságon, s az ügyész szavai alapján is nagy valószínűséggel bűnösök (kettő tagadott, az egyik azt álíltja, a lány beleegyezésével szexeltek). Még undorítóbb, hogy az izraeli sajtónak nyilatkozva azt mondták, a dán lányoknak dániai kártérítésre fáj a foguk (!), ezért tettek feljelentést (hiába, a zsidók talán magukból indulnak ki, ugyanis nem a dánok hírhedtek arról, hogy bármely ürüggyel kártérítéshez, kárpótláshoz jussanak, egyébként is egy ilyen fokú vád, ha hamis, súlyos következményekkel jár a vádlóra nézve - a szerk.) A gyanúsítottak ügyvédje (pontosabban a háromból kettőt képvisel) érdekes módon nem állította, hogy védencei ártatlanok, csupán csak annyit mondott a Haarec izraeli napilap szerint: "a bizonyíték nem elég erős az elítélésükhöz".

A Ein Gedi kibuc népszerű turista célpont, miután a Holt-tenger partján fekszik és sokan jönnek ide gyógykezelésre. A kibuc szóvivője igyekezett tagadni, hogy a borzalmas eset után visszaesett volna a hozzájuk érkező szállóvendégek száma, ám elszólásszerűen azt mondta, ez csak "a hőség miatt van".

3 Kibbutz Ein Gedi youths indicted for rape of tourists

Three Kibbutz Ein Gedi residents were indicted in the Be'er Sheva District court yesterday on charges of raping two Danish tourists, after it was discovered that the suspects filmed themselves allegedly assaulting one of the women.

According to the indictment, Ron Roditi, Ben Ever and Dan Lahav met the two women in a pub at the kibbutz, and the five drove to Lahav's house where they spent time drinking. One of the complainants later remained at Lahav's house, where she said Lahav raped her, while the other one went with the other two men.

The other woman said the two men took her to a lawn where they threw her down a raped her. However the two men said they drove her to her room. As proof, they showed police pictures from their mobile phones.

The prosecutor said in court that the mobile phones show footage of the men throwing her on the grass. The footage shows them telling the woman to "kiss us," and when she says no they then tell her to "have sex with us." When she again refuses, the suspects are seen pulling her out of the car and throwing her down.

Ironically, it was the suspects that handed over the filmed footage to the police, who thought that it would disprove the alleged victim's version of what happened.

"My son was in a room with the girl, who slept at his house willingly two days before the incident," Hannah Lahav, Dan Lahav's mother, told Haaretz yesterday. "The sex was consensual. How did she know what was happening with her friend? My son is the salt of the earth, he was in an elite unit, he's a gentleman. He couldn't hurt a fly, and he doesn't do anything by force. The fact is there were no bruises found on the women."

Lahav's mother also said the cell phone could have merely caught some drunken high jinx. "It hurts me that the boys appear as if they were dangerous to the public," she added. "I hope in the end the truth will come out."

Lahav and others at the kibbutz said yesterday they did not know why the women had filed the complaint, but that there are rumors that in Denmark they could receive compensation, and so they used their last day in the country to file the complaint. Attorney Giora Zilbershtien, who represents two of the accused, said the evidence is not strong enough to convict them.

Three members of Kibbutz Ein Gedi arrested on suspicion of raping two Danish tourists over a week ago were indicted in the Beersheba Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

Part of the evidence included in the indictment is a cellphone video, retrieved by police, that allegedly shows two of the suspects assaulting one of the tourists, a police spokesman said.

The two tourists, aged 17 and 19, who were staying at the kibbutz guest houses for Dead Sea spa treatments, had become acquainted with the three young men after arriving at the kibbutz three weeks prior. The women had originally alleged that the suspects, all children of kibbutz members, assaulted them in the apartment of one of the suspects.

According to police, the cellphone video shows one of the plaintiffs in a car with two of the suspects. The suspects reportedly ask her to kiss them, and when she refuses, she is pulled from the car by one of the suspects and thrown into a grassy field nearby.

Earlier reports said that all three of the suspects admitted to having consensual sex with the tourists. However, a police source told The Jerusalem Post that only one of the suspects admitted to consensual sex, and the other two entirely denied having sex with the women.

All three suspects are to remain in jail until the case goes to court, and the tourists, who police said they believed had left the country, may or may not return to testify.

According to the indictment, on April 13, a few days before they were supposed to leave the country, the two plaintiffs met the suspects - Ron Rodeti, 22, Ben Evar, 21, and Dan Lahav, 22 - at the kibbutz pub. They drank, and at some point, the suspects invited the two girls back to Lahav's apartment, where they were given more alcohol. The indictment then states that Rodeti and Evar entered a car with one of the girls, after which the incidents captured on the cellphone began.

The indictment also states that the other woman, left behind at Lahav's apartment, went through a similar experience. There, Lahav allegedly tried to kiss her, and when she refused, the indictment says, he removed her clothes and raped her.

It remains to be seen how the alleged incident will affect the kibbutz as an in-demand tourist destination. Ein Gedi is a popular spot for visitors both from Israel and outside the country, and features a botanical garden, guest houses and a spa, along with impressive waterfalls , hiking trails, antiquities and swimming holes in the nature reserve nearby.

"Why should there be a relationship between this incident and our tourism?" asked Meirav Eilon, a kibbutz spokeswoman. "These sorts of things, while they are terrible, happen in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Los Angeles, Central Park - all over the world - and I don't think it affects the number of tourists that go to those places. Ein Gedi is a famous tourist location in Israel, and I'm sure people will continue to come. There's no reason to connect Ein Gedi and our attractions with the incident that happened last week."

Eilon also said the atmosphere at the kibbutz, which has nearly 500 members, was somber, but that, "like most kibbutzim, it's hard to find one that is a single body. Some people are more upset than others, but it should be said that the kibbutz didn't do this."

Eilon went on to say that since the incident, there has not been a drop in visitors or guests at the kibbutz.

"God forbid," she said. "I can say that in the past couple of days, there's been less people in the entire Dead Sea area, but that isn't related to the incident on the kibbutz, it's related to the heat - and I don't blame them."

Still, Eilon confirmed that the three suspects were to be held in jail until May 7, when the case is set to come before the Beersheba Magistrate's Court.
